    The personal data you provided will be processed by the Data Controller in paper format via computer or online.
    The Data Controller shall take care of: 1. Accurate data recording, so that they correspond to what the user declares; 2. Data updating every time the user requires it; 3. Storage in a format that enables user’s identification for a period of time no longer than the one necessary for the purposes they had been collected for.
  3. Purpose of data processing
    The data you will provide by sending your CV are collected to verify that the professional role of the candidate complies with the company requirements and, therefore, to select employees for our staff. The Data Controller reserves to cancel from its archive the received data, when they, upon check, prove to be incorrect, incomplete or not updated. The provision of the data required by the Data Controller is elective. However, if you do not provide your data, you cannot send your spontaneous application.
    The legal basis of the processing lies in the need of processing your data to establish a contractual relationship.
