The fan unit is made up of two high pressure fans mounted in series, to obtain the required high pressure for the pneumatic conveying of a very high density material as cement.
To withstand high pressure values, the fans are reinforced and manufactured with increased thickness.
The fan unit includes filter box, to filter suctioned air, outlet and inlet silencers to reduce the noise level, vibration-proof joints, safety valve to limit pressure, non-return valve and shock dampers. The entire unit is mounted on a skid.

This machine has been designed to replace lobe compressors (roots) in a cement factory. The advantage of this fan for pneumatic conveying is higher efficiency and lower noise level, with respect to a blower whose technical specifications are equivalent.
