Belt drive (Arrangement 12).

The fan is made of stainless steel AISI 316L with appropriately reinforced welded casing, arrangement 12, belt-drive with belt and pulleys.
The supply includes vibration sensor and temperature control sensor for the support bearings, inspection door and drain cap.

WEG IE3 high efficiency electric motor, made of cast iron, with roller bearings on drive end.
Motor power 90 kW, 4 poles.

This medium pressure fan is installed after a scrubber, within a plant for the extraction of H₂SO₄ vapours.
The machine has been designed to ensure the aeraulic characteristics of the operating point and is equipped with mechanical seal made of AISI 316 to be flushed with nitrogen, to prevent the leak of suctioned fluid, wear-resistant vibration-proof joints made of AISI 316 with special fabric, shock absorbers.
