Axial Fan Impellers Details
Extruded or die cast aluminium impellers may be supplied with airfoil high performance profile. Aluminium or Stainless Steel Hub guarantee blades angle pitch adjustment to reach top performances.

Marine Axial Fan Design and Construction
We can arrange multiple configurations with our exclusive manufacturing process, such as multi-split case, simple, reinforced or heavy duty drum and multi-stage version. Hinged or bolted Swing Out for easy maintenance. Advanced sealing system.
Balancing and Vibration
Fans’ impellers are statically and dynamically balanced, complying with ISO1940/1 standard with a 6.3 grade. A 2.5 grade lower parameter is available on demand to guarantee very low vibration levels, resulting in a less noisy environment on board.

Explosion-Proof ATEX Axial Fans Details
Explosion-Proof Materials to avoid sparks and ignitions with Aluminium and Brass band on wetted parts. Special production process for devices and components. Anti-sparking screwing systems for safe couplings.
Explosive gases or dusts may develop in ship’s holds and other hazardous zones (classified areas). Specific non-sparking and explosion-proof arrangements will be provided. Brass and Aluminium applied for top safety.
