Chemical Industry

The chemical industry includes many production processes of various complexity. They trigger reactions of the chemical elements by isolating them or combining them with others, transforming  existing raw materials into products, suitable for subsequent processing or applications. Process fans are employed for the processing and the treatment of chemical substances at a primary or derived level (at different dosages, concentrations and mixtures) such as the production of distillates, fertilizers, alloys, plastic materials, paints, additives and what you have.
Other typical employs for industrial fans and blowers are the treatment of exhaust fumes and the emissions processing with filtering, separation device or de-dusting plants. Not least they are used for pneumatic conveying of chemicals or additives used in the process too.

Galvanic Processes. Industrial fans and blowers are widely used in plants for of electrodeposition of metals copper, zinc, gold, silver on structures through hot/cold bath. Their function is to remove fumes and exhalations from chemical baths, along with the filtration or the water scrubber treatment before emissions into the atmosphere.

Distillation Processes. Industrial fans and blowers have a role to separate component substances with vaporization and condensation processes for the extraction of oils from raw seeds and fruits, production of fuels, separation and purification of mixtures of derived substances. Many processes are employed for alcohol production in which industrial fans are involved.

Storage and Packaging. Industrial fans and blowers are involved in the processes mentioned above, in raw materials or end products storage and in packaging plants. Many materials require to be stored at specific humidity and temperature levels or request various atmospheres for the packaging. Moreover, some of the most usual applications of high pressure industrial fans and blowers are pneumatic conveying, fluid products draught and airslides that provide proper feeding for the final packaging.

Explosion Proof Industrial Fans and Blowers may be mandatory because of zone classification (Hazardous Area). In chemical industry, gas, fluids, liquids and solid substances are processed and converted through many kinds of treatment and they can generate explosives atmospheres.
