Cooling Axial Fan for Gas Compressor Station

Axial fan employed to refrigerate a gas compressor station in ATEX classified area (II 2Gh T4 – Gb).

Direct drive with explosion-proof electric motor.

The fan casing is made of stainless steel AISI 304L. Impeller, blades and hub are made of aluminium.
The compact dimensions of this fan are given by the motor directly mounted on the protection net, to guarantee a safe and easy installation.
Nuts and bolts are made of stainless steel A2.

IE2 electric motor 0,18 kW, 4 poles, mounting B14, 230/400 V, 50 Hz, II 2G Ex dbe IIC T4 Gb including cable gland.

This fan is a variation of the standard arrangement and it was designed and produced according to our customer’s specifications. The application of the fan is to blow air into a container, containing a gas compressor station. To meet the requirements of our customer, we also provided a vibration sensor, which can be installed thanks to the specific boring along the fan casing.
