Fan installed in a foundry for the suction of dust and fumes.

Backward-curved blades impeller for high efficiency.
Coupling through elastic joint (arrangement 8).

The fan is made of carbon steel S235JR with special hot-black coating, suitable to withstand high temperatures. The fan unit is equipped with cooling fan, vibration sensors, special impeller (class 4).

WEG W22 Electric Motor 75 kW, 4 poles, mounting B3, V 400/690, Hz 50, IP55, Efficiency Class IE3.
Insulated non-drive end shield, suitable for the motor to be powered by VSD.

Fan designed for heavy-duty operation (24/24 hours, 365/365 days), to convey fumes at 230°C, with peaks of 350°C. The fan is installed in a foundry, connected to a filter and to an air/water heat exchanger for energy recovery.
